We are looking, for one of our clients, for an Industrialisation Methods Officer (M/F/D) to support the development of new products and the continuous improvement of production processes.
Industrialisation Methods Officer
- Engineering degree in industrial processes or equivalent training.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to unite teams and support change.
- Good command of ERP systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Good knowledge of the Windows environment and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Manage the follow-up of industrialisation projects for new products, from pre-series to mass production.
- Lead continuous improvement projects according to Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Develop tooling for new products and ensure its maintenance.
- Create and maintain technical data (ranges, plans, work instructions, etc.).
- Manage machine investment projects and participate in technological watch.
- Provide technical support to various departments.
