Industrialisation Manager M/F

Responsibilities:

The industrialisation manager ensures the progress of the portfolio of optimisation and production process improvement projects. They select technical solutions to improve the production process using tools such as design of experiments and FMEA. They lead their team, manage the workload and progress of projects, and make informed decisions based on management expectations. They act as a liaison between departments and actively participate in the entity’s continuous improvement approach. The industrialisation manager reports directly to the Industrial Development Manager.

Main tasks:

• Project management: Plan, organise, and coordinate the industrialisation project portfolio, draft project mandates, and ensure communication on project progress.
• Industrial process optimisation: Propose and implement innovative solutions, collaborate with other entities, and share expertise.
• Team management: Lead the industrialisation team, motivate, train, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
• Strategy and development: Develop a strategic vision for the workshop, define measurable objectives, and encourage innovation within the team.

Your profile:

• Engineering degree or equivalent training (mandatory for the position)
• Training in industrialisation or equivalent, with significant professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in watchmaking.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and product industrialisation, from design to production.
• Skills in project management, planning, and risk analysis.
• Autonomy, leadership, and ability to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of IT tools (ERP, Office Suite, etc.) and manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to solve technical problems and make effective decisions.
