WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Ensure the availability and proper functioning of thermal installations by monitoring their parameters and performing regular checks
• Participate in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and calibrations, while planning and supervising necessary interventions
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and train staff on procedures
• Keep documentation and intervention reporting up to date in the CMMS
• Collaborate on projects and participate in the commissioning of new installations
• Take part in on-call duties and shift rotations to ensure availability in case of emergency

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Federal VET diploma in technology or ES technician with ideally a federal thermal technician certificate or equivalent diploma
• Proven experience in maintenance of thermal or energy installations in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of mechanics, electricity and automation
• Proficiency in common IT tools, MS Office and ability to use company-specific tools (ERP, CMMS, etc.)
• Analytical mindset, ability to work under pressure, autonomy, rigour, and excellent communication skills
