On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Supply Planner with industrial experience at 100%.You must guarantee the supply of raw materials and components necessary for production, ensure supplier monitoring, and ensure the reliability of logistics and accounting flows related to orders and suppliers:- Launch and monitor calls for tenders according to production needs.- Establish and analyze offers.- Create and validate purchase orders in the ERP.- Ensure order tracking and regular monitoring of deliveries.- Maintain active communication with suppliers to ensure compliance with deadlines.- Check and validate supplier and transport invoices in the ERP.- Transmit documents to the Finance department for processing.Management of supplier non-conformities- Establish and manage logistics return documents in case of non-conformity.- Coordinate shipments in connection with the Sales Administration department.- Ensure the follow-up of supplier files until their resolution.- Ensure the traceability of exchanges and decisions.Accounting monitoring of accounts:- Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts, particularly precious metals.- Verify consistency between internal data and supplier statements.- Identify, analyze, and justify any discrepancies.- Ensure the reliability of data transmitted to management.Management of production waste:- Organize the transfer of metal waste to approved smelters.- Monitor quantities sent, loss rates, and returns.- Analyze discrepancies between weights sent, processed, and recovered.- Update tracking tables and ensure their reporting.Logistics and administrative support:- Participate in physical inventories and the monitoring of parts entrusted to suppliers.- Ensure the monitoring of entries, returns, and discrepancies.- Provide support to the Sales Administration department for commercial or logistics requests.- Commercial employee certificate (CFC), supply chain, or equivalent.- Confirmed experience in supply planning in an industrial environment.- Desired experience in managing sensitive materials (metals, technical components).- Mastery of supply processes.- Good knowledge of logistics flows and an ERP (Pro Concept or equivalent).- Excellent mastery of Excel.- Good level of professional English required. jid4b7878baen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
