Industrial Design Manager WatchMissionWithin the framework of this function, in our Methods Division, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the activities of the Industrial Watch Design office while uniting, supervising, and developing the skills of the team. You will ensure the delivery of plans and tooling required for new products in production, particularly in the clothing and assembly sector. You will distribute and monitor the office workload to guarantee requested deadlines while ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of the company.Maintain and evolve the reference system in collaboration with the concerned departments.Direct, unite, motivate, and develop a team of 8 process designers.Research, with the team, solutions to optimize design times.Ensure the development and versatility of the team through support and the implementation of regular reporting to the various methods managers.ProfileHigher education (university level or equivalent) in mechanics or industrial design.Minimum 5 years of experience in management of a technical team in the mechanical or micromechanical industry.Knowledge of watchmaking products and processes, ideally of the company's products.Knowledge of design tools (FMEA, GPS, tolerance chains) and particularly of the software.Experience in project management is a plus.Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus, analytical and synthesis skills, and strength of proposal. jid827e0afaen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
