To complete the team of the Social Action and Youth Service, the municipality is looking for a:Manager of the Individual Social Action Sector80% position - class 15Your main missions:- Ensure, supervise, and coordinate the tasks defined in individual social action and socio-professional integration for the entire municipality;- Manage a team of 7 people (6 employees and 1 apprentice);- Identify emerging or confirmed social needs;- Monitor the social and integration field in order to adapt the services offered;- Lead projects for young people, adults, and seniors – notably:- social and/or health prevention actions.- services to the population promoting professional integration and access to housing in collaboration with the service manager, regarding the urban planning of new neighborhoods according to the needs defined at the level of social support and socio-professional integration;- Collaborate with the local and cantonal socio-sanitary network, partners of the social action foundation, and the state on specific joint projects;- Develop the business network in connection with employment and professional integration;- Ensure the proper implementation of the service reception by social secretaries;- Supervise the monitoring and granting of subsidies.Profile:- Hold a degree from a University of Social Work (HETS), in social sciences, or a title deemed equivalent, supplemented by training in management;- Have confirmed experience in individual social support and in the field of socio-professional integration;- Be experienced in team management and personnel leadership;- Have perfect knowledge of the social security system as well as the legislation in connection;- Know how to build and lead projects;- Perfectly master standard tools;- Be comfortable with figures and budget monitoring;- Have excellent knowledge of the Geneva social network and local health systems;- Be interested in communal and cantonal social policy and ensure compliance with laws and regulations in force at the federal, cantonal, and communal levels, in the field of activity;- Demonstrate versatility, autonomy, and initiative while knowing how to work in a team;- Accept schedule flexibility: hours occasionally including evenings and weekends;- Have good communication skills and resistance to stress.Start date: As soon as possible or to be agreed upon.Your complete application file (cover letter, curriculum vitae, certificates, and diplomas) must be transmitted to us via the job platform only (applications received by email or by mail will not be considered).Application deadline: June 21.All persons applying for this position will receive a response at the end of the recruitment process. jid1b29431aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
