You have a commercial education with a specialisation in the field of occupational or individual pension provision. In this context, you possess extensive experience in handling pension cases, with in-depth knowledge of the legal standards governing this area. Specifically?

• You will manage all kinds of pension-related events for our clients (home ownership, disability, divorce, moving abroad, buyback of contribution years, etc.).
• You will administer, under your responsibility, the client accounts for pillar 3a savings and vested benefits as well as bancassurance contracts.
• You will regularly liaise with external parties (pension institutions, guarantee funds, supplementary institution, audit body, supervisory authority).
• You will collaborate in the operational management of BCVs pillar 3a savings and vested benefits foundations as well as in the preparation of annual accounts.
• You will ensure the quality and promptness of case processing.
• You will support our internal and external clients and provide them with useful information.
