Your Missions:

  • Actively prospect new clients (SMEs and large companies) in French-speaking Switzerland wishing to support their senior employees
  • Present the added value of our complete range of training and support
  • Activate your local network and represent our solutions at events or conferences
  • Negotiate and conclude training mandates (intra- and inter-company formats)
  • Ensure partial administrative follow-up of signed contracts in connection with our team
  • Represent our values of neutrality and educational quality to your contacts

Profile sought

Experience & skills

  • Status as an independent within the meaning of the AHV in Switzerland or established sole proprietorship (Freelance / Independent)
  • Proven experience in B2B prospecting and sales
  • Very good knowledge of the economic fabric of French-speaking Switzerland
  • Ability to build a trusting relationship on sensitive topics (finances, end of career).
  • Knowledge of Swiss social insurances
  • German or English is an asset

  • Interpersonal skills, active listening and advisory stance
  • Ability to simplify complex technical and regulatory topics
  • Rigor and reliability in following up commitments

Remuneration & conditions

This mandate is offered on a 100% commission basis — a model designed for entrepreneurial profiles who want total freedom of action while benefiting from solid support.
