You will work alongside the world's brightest minds, help develop innovative technologies and products, and contribute to our company's goal of solving the world's greatest engineering challenges.At our Motion, Power & Sensing division site based in Fribourg, we are currently looking for an Import/Export Specialist.The PositionAs an Import/Export Specialist, you will process shipments and logistics to support on-time customer deliveries, optimize transport costs, and participate in the company's SQDIP objectives. Your main responsibilities are as follows:- Processing delivery notes and shipping documents for shipments and transport according to internal instructions, customer requirements, and Incoterms.- Preparation of shipping documents, AWB, and establishment of certificates of origin (preferential and non-preferential), ATA carnets, and invoices related to the activity.- Management and tracking of supplier returns.- Contribution to updating export procedures and continuous improvement projects related to the activity.Your Profile- Commercial employee diploma (CFC) or equivalent.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial environment.- Knowledge of customs procedures, regulations related to export, and classification of customs codes.- Very good knowledge of Incoterms and road and air transport.- Knowledge of import/export in SAP, MS Office, ideally GTS.- Good communication skills and team spirit.- Flexibility and resilience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Rigor, proactivity, and perseverance.- Autonomy and customer orientation.- Fluent French with good knowledge of English.If you wish to take on this challenge within a company that offers development opportunities, please apply (CV, cover letter, reference letters, and diplomas) through our website.
