Your mission:

Within La Tour Hospital, the ICT Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the information system (RUN). Reporting to the Operations Manager, they resolve difficulties encountered by doctors, caregivers, and administrative teams. Together with the rest of the team, they participate in the preventive and corrective maintenance of all the hospital's IT equipment and solutions.

The employee will be responsible for:

• Handling and following up on level 2 incidents and requests
• Performing diagnostics, documentation, resolution (via remote control or on-site)
• Escalating to level 3 support if necessary
• Participating in RUN and IT team meetings
• Ensuring installation, troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance (workstations, printers, network)
• Formalising procedures for the incident resolution knowledge base
• Participating in the installation of medical offices or office floors
• Occasionally managing technical operations for events and webinars
• Occasionally providing level 1 user support (phone, email, and ticketing)
• Taking part in on-call rotations within the team.

We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:

• Federal VET diploma in IT or equivalent qualification
• Experience in IT/Support field
• Good oral and written communication skills in French
• Ability to analyse and resolve common IT problems
• Rigour in following up on requests
• Service-minded, team spirit, autonomy, and dynamism.

The following skills, while not essential, will be appreciated:

• Experience working in the hospital sector
• Experience working with VIP profiles
• Knowledge of the GLPI tool
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
