Service de l'Entité neuchâteloise (SIEN)The SIEN is responsible for IT and its partners (municipalities, schools, health, social, and parapublic sectors). It defines the strategy with its partners, studies needs, proposes global concepts, and ensures a set of services for all Neuchâtel public authorities.MissionsAs IAM Manager, you define and pilot the governance of identities, roles, and access within the IT system. You manage IAM projects from design to deployment, across the various services of the SIEN and our other clients, while ensuring compliance with the service offering. Furthermore, you contribute to the supervision of access reviews, as well as audits, controls, and remediation plans related to them. You ensure consistency between business needs, security, and compliance, and you monitor this using a dedicated tool.ProfileHolder of a higher education degree in information systems security, digital risk management, or technical architecture, you have experience in project management and the deployment of an identity governance and administration (IGA) solution. Knowledge of the Netwrix Identity Manager solution is an asset for this position. Endowed with good analytical skills, excellent communication, and ease in writing, you collaborate with different teams while guaranteeing the quality of service provided and demonstrating both rigor and autonomy.
