Information Technology Service of the Neuchâtel Entity (SIEN)
SIEN is responsible for the IT of the State and its partners (municipalities, schools, health, social and parapublic sector).
It defines the IT strategy with its partners, studies needs, proposes overall IT concepts and provides a range of services for all Neuchâtel public authorities.
Your missions
As IAM manager, you structure and lead the governance of identities, entitlements and access within the IT system. You manage IAM projects and their deployment across the various State services and our other clients, while ensuring compliance with the service offer.
Additionally, you contribute to the supervision of access reviews, as well as audits, controls and remediation plans related to them.
As guarantor of coherence between business needs, security and compliance, you monitor this using dedicated indicators.
Your profile
Holder of a higher education degree in information systems security, IT, digital risk management or technical architecture, you have practical experience in project management and deployment of an identity governance and administration (IGA) solution.
Knowledge of the Netwrix Identity Manager solution is an asset for this position.
With good analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication, you naturally collaborate with different internal teams.
While ensuring the quality of service delivered and demonstrating both rigour and autonomy, you respect deadlines.
