The Position
You will join a solid structure and benefit from a rare advantage in our industry: from your first day, you will receive a portfolio of qualified prospects with concrete advisory needs. The prospects have already scheduled an appointment to receive your advice.
Your task is to support private individuals in their retirement planning: analysing their situation, developing tailored solutions for investing their vested benefits capital (2nd pillar), and building a long-term trust relationship.
- Client appointments take place at the client’s premises or via video conference. The remaining time you work from home.
- Comprehensive asset and pension analysis
- Presentation and advice on individually tailored solutions
- Independent and flexible appointment management
- Appointments are organised by our internal customer service. Your calendar fills itself — you focus on advising and do not need to acquire clients.
- Participation in team meetings and internal events
You have the freedom, the portfolio, and the tools. What you make of it is entirely up to you.
Compensation + What We Offer
- Fixed salary + variable commissions (commission advance by arrangement), estimated annual salary over CHF 130,000 for high-performing profiles, with potential over CHF 200,000 annually

Requirements:
- IAF qualification mandatory
- Proven experience in financial advice, pension planning, and sales desired
- Valid driving licence
French language skills are mandatory as internal communication and management are conducted in French. Bilingualism in French and Swiss German is a great advantage.

Our Selection Process
The process takes place in three clear steps:
Step 1 — Group Interview via Video Conference
Candidates selected based on their documents will be invited to a group session via video conference or a recording. In this meeting, you will learn more about the position, the company, and the working conditions.
Step 2 — Individual Interview via Video Conference
An individual interview via video conference will be conducted with selected candidates. The goal is simple: to get to know you, understand your background and suitability for the position better.
Step 3 — Personal Meeting
We meet the selected candidates in person and make our final decision.
