Your tasks
Advising private clients on retirement provision and pension planning
Analysing the personal and financial situation of clients
Developing individual solutions in the area of vested benefits (2nd pillar)
Conducting personal or digital advisory meetings
Building long-term and trusting client relationships
Independently planning and organising your consultation appointments
Participating in team meetings and internal training sessions

Your profile
Completed training as an IAF Financial Advisor (required)
Experience in financial advice, pension advice or asset management
Knowledge in the field of retirement provision, vested benefits solutions or 2nd pillar is an advantage
Swiss German at native level as well as French skills at least B2 level
Driving licence category B
Independent, structured and customer-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of personal advising
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as high self-motivation
