We are recruiting an HVAC Technician Facility Management.

The HVAC Technician ensures the proper functioning, maintenance and safety of buildings, technical installations and associated services, in order to guarantee a safe, functional working environment compliant with current standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Site technical management and maintenance

• Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting of the site’s HVAC RSE installations.
• Manage and monitor all contracts and maintenance work.
• Plan preventive maintenance on the site’s CMMS system.
• Update the site’s CMMS system for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Optimise the operation of installations.
• Prepare and write procedures and activity reports.
• Provide weekly 24/7 on-call service for installations according to the schedule.

REQUIRED QUALITIES AND SKILLS

• Federal VET Diploma in HVAC or equivalent qualification.
• Good multi-disciplinary technical knowledge.
• Ability to read and understand technical plans and diagrams.
• Proficiency in common IT tools and ideally a CMMS.
• Service-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
• Autonomy and initiative.
• Rigour and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and emergencies.
