As an HVAC Project Manager, you are involved in the entire project lifecycle:

• Project management
• Supervision and execution
• Client relations
• Financial monitoring

As part of the development of its activities, my client, based in the canton of Fribourg, is looking for an HVAC Project Manager (M/F).

The company, of a human scale and operating in a manner close to a family environment, works on complete technical projects, from design to realisation, in collaboration with local partners. It is distinguished by its proximity, responsiveness and on-site involvement.

Responsibilities

As an HVAC Project Manager, you are involved in the entire project lifecycle:

Project management

• Design and develop HVAC solutions tailored to client needs
• Develop technical concepts and carry out the sizing of installations

Supervision and execution

• Plan, coordinate and monitor projects until commissioning
• Manage external partners and local companies
• Ensure rigorous site monitoring with a strong presence on site
• Guarantee respect for deadlines, costs and quality standards

Client relations

• Be the main client contact throughout the project
• Provide relevant technical solutions and ensure close support

Financial monitoring

• Participate in the preparation of offers and budgets
• Ensure financial monitoring of projects

Candidate profile

• Technical training in the HVAC field (engineer or equivalent)
• Proven experience in HVAC project management with a strong focus on site execution
• Good knowledge of the Swiss market and current standards
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and coordinate various stakeholders
• Autonomous, rigorous person with a good sense of responsibility
• Fluent French and minimum B2 level German required
