Our client, a company recognized in building technology in French-speaking Switzerland, is looking for an HVAC Maintenance Manager in Geneva for a permanent contract.HVAC Maintenance ManagerAs part of this role, you will ensure the technical and personnel management of your business sector.- Supervision and development of technicians and site managers.- Technical support for teams to ensure efficient interventions and maintenance operations.- Management of the contractual scope and monitoring of maintenance plans via the CMMS.- Steering of subcontractors and activity services, and regular reporting to management.- Coordination with internal departments.- Guarantee of profitability and proper execution of contracts.- Degree in HVAC engineering or equivalent.- Solid knowledge of heating systems and HVAC tools and software.- Successful experience in managing technical teams.- Leadership and excellent communication skills. jid12ce139aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
