HVAC Draughtsman
About the role
Within the works team, you will ensure the technical HVAC design and BIM coordination to guarantee the success of varied and stimulating projects!

Tasks
The role involves ensuring the technical transition between studies and on-site execution using BIM or Revit tools for HVAC installations.
- Review and adapt plans from design offices for new or renovation projects
- Design HVAC installations in compliance with current standards
- Develop fabrication and assembly plans using BIM tools
- Carry out site surveys to verify the technical feasibility of projects
- Participate in coordination meetings with project managers and various trades
We are looking for
- Training in building technical drawing
- Good knowledge of Revit software
- Good understanding of BIM processes
An advantage if you have
- In-depth knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
