Then apply.About the roleWithin the works team, you will ensure the technical design of HVAC and the BIM X success of varied and stimulating projects! We offer a family-oriented work environment and a long-term perspective.TasksThe role consists of ensuring the technical transition between studies and on-site execution using BIM X tools for HVAC.- Take over and adapt plans from design offices for new projects or HVAC design while respecting current standards.- Develop execution and assembly plans using BIM tools.- Perform on-site surveys to verify the technical feasibility of projects.- Participate in coordination meetings with project managers and the various trades.We are looking for- Technical drawing of the building.- Good knowledge of Revit software.- Good knowledge of BIM processes.A plus if you possess- In-depth knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).To succeed in this position, your personal skills are as follows:- Customer service.- Good team spirit.- Intellectually curious.Our recruitment processThis recruitment process is managed by Academic Work.
