In this role as Human Resources Manager, you will lead a modern, demanding, and decidedly human HR policy that fosters personnel development. As a true partner to the management, you will support managers and staff on all HR issues, including the management of sensitive matters or integrating the SSCM, actively contributing to a committed public service dedicated to security and the maintenance of social cohesion. Responsibilities Participate in steering the service within its business scope as a member of the SSCM and support the College of Management. Ensure the management of the HR unit and oversee the human and financial resources, aligning global HR objectives with the service's goals and ensuring their implementation. Support and advise management. Guarantee, develop, and manage all HR aspects of the department. Develop and maintain internal and external relations for the service. With a university degree related to the function or an equivalent title / curriculum, you must justify at least 5 years of experience in a HR manager role and ideally have direct experience in a leading function. Solution-oriented, autonomous, analytical mindset, good understanding of issues, and ability to translate needs into concrete HR actions; mastery of MS tools and reporting (dashboards, advanced Excel). Knowledge of HR laws and Vaud cantonal regulations, proficiency in French. WHO ARE WE?
