LIP SUISSE SA is looking for a part-time HR Manager (M/F/D). As a true partner, you will be part of the management committee and oversee all HR activities with a dual role and responsibilities: As the HR Manager, you play a central role within the company. You define and drive HR, advise and support management and managers, lead structuring HR projects, and ensure the daily management of human resources. Advise and support management and managers on all HR matters; Assist managers in managing teams and sensitive HR issues; Handle complex HR issues. Ensure the daily management of human resources, in collaboration with management; Structure, formalize, and improve HR processes and procedures; Ensure legal compliance (labor law, social insurance, collective labor agreements, etc.); Supervise the annual HR closing and the payroll process; Develop, analyze, and monitor HR. Supervise and coordinate annual reviews, goal setting, and performance monitoring; Manage recruitments for Ray SA and Rocpan SA and actively participate in interviews; Participate in monitoring and promoting the proper functioning of HR tools and systems, as well as associated management. Actively contribute to their design and evolution; Be the HR contact for external partners (social insurers, authorities, placement agencies, consultants, etc.); Contribute to health and safety at work prevention, in collaboration with safety officers. Your expertise in human resources or equivalent (Federal Certificate/Master). Confirmed experience in HR in a technical environment, including at least 3 years in the service sector in Switzerland (essential). Leadership ability to unite, both an assertive and assertive posture, and mastery of Swiss labor law, analytical mindset, discretion. Very good solution-oriented skills.
