Human Resources Manager (100%) - Permanent Contract

As part of a departure on 31 December 2026, we are recruiting a Human Resources Manager (100%) - Permanent Contract
Location: Lausanne
Start date: As soon as possible or to be agreed (handover desired)

Your key responsibilities
You are a member of the executive board and lead the HR strategy
You manage HR activities and services, comprising 4 sectors (each with a Sector Manager): support and administration, recruitment and training, salaries and social insurance, health and safety.
You ensure the delivery, monitoring and quality control of services provided, relying on sector managers for operational management
You are the project leader for the HRIS and ensure change management support
You determine and maintain the HR indicators necessary for activity management
You represent the employer in negotiations with the union partner
Your profile
University Master’s degree relevant to the position
Federal diploma or MAS in Management, Human Resources and Careers, an asset
Minimum 10 years’ experience in an HR management role
Certified training and significant management experience in a similarly sized organisation
Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law, legal training an asset
