On behalf of one of our clients, based in Geneva, we are looking for a Project Manager.Your future responsibilities:- You supervise submissions and develop calls for tenders with them, monitor construction sites and follow up on the financial aspects of the projects entrusted to you.- You manage your teams and ensure compliance with current standards in terms of technology, safety and environment.- You plan and steer a team of one or more site managers depending on the size of the project.- You ensure close collaboration with the authorities and the project owner.- You receive the work until the lifting of reservations.Your profile:- You have a higher education degree in construction.- You have confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position within a general/total contracting company in Switzerland.- You can manage projects from A to Z.- You know how to manage projects by setting priorities for your teams/project owners/partners.- You have good knowledge of SIA, AEAI standards and occupational safety regulations.- Good knowledge of housing regulations (RGL ...) is also desired.- You master office automation, design, pricing and management tools (Messerti, Ms project, Autocad, ...).Your conditions:- You join a structure offering quality conditions, a team spirit and staff stability.- Your tasks will be varied and your career plan ensured.- We offer you a tailor-made consulting approach by offering you knowledge of the company, its values and principles. jid3613883aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
