A position of
Human Resources Manager at 100%
fixed-term contract (for three months)
is to be filled at the University of Neuchâtel as part of a reinforcement of our service.
Activities
Join our dynamic team and actively participate in the development of our service! In this role, you are the reference person for managing the lifecycle of your population: administrative and contractual follow-up of employees, monitoring absences and presences, management of social insurances.
You independently manage the related SAP database and are responsible for the smooth processing of salary payments in your area.
You coordinate the management of your tasks and activities with colleagues in the service and participate in HR and cross-institutional projects. You contribute daily to the respect and continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures by bringing your experience and pragmatic solutions.
Desired profile
You have successful experience in human resources and a certified training in this field that supports your practice. Experienced in HR administrative follow-up, you demonstrate autonomy, flexibility and versatility. Organised and pragmatic, your activity is driven by a strong client and results orientation. You have very good communication skills (spoken and written French). An open personality comfortable in interpersonal relations, you are ready to discover the exciting academic field within our committed team!
Start date: 15 July 2026 or to be agreed
