As part of a leave replacement, we are looking for an HR Partner. This is a temporary position for several months, at either 80% or 100%, to start quickly (not urgent).Our client is a large company in the Lausanne region.MissionsYou will support a perimeter of 400 employees and play a key role as a trusted partner to management and teams.HR Support:- Advise and support the perimeter management on all matters related to personnel management.- Participate in management meetings and discussions with teams in order to present, explain, and support the various HR mechanisms.- Support managers in the daily management of their teams and the development of adapted management practices.Talent Management and Career Paths:- Support employees at each stage of their professional journey: skills development, internal mobility, performance, and, depending on needs, participate in recruitment processes.- Pilot and deploy recurring HR processes: performance management, personnel development, salary reviews, bonuses, etc.Management of Sensitive Situations:- Process and ensure the follow-up of complex or sensitive personnel-related cases.- Guarantee transparency and the escalation of high-stakes cases (legal, human, or organizational).- Support managers in projects involving closures, structural changes, and internal HR reorganization.- Ensure consistent application of the company's HR policies as well as applicable legal frameworks.- Ensure the monitoring and compliance with HR deadlines for the perimeter (workflows, files, etc.).- Work closely with the various HR expertise centers.- Actively contribute to transversal projects, working groups, and initiatives aimed at improving processes and tools.Profile:- University or HES degree, with a specialization in Human Resources or equivalent.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Partner function, ideally within a large company or with the management of large workforces.- Solid knowledge of Swiss legal and HR frameworks; knowledge of public law is an asset.- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French, and B2 level in English.- Strong service orientation and ability to establish lasting relationships of trust.- Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, with a marked analytical spirit.- Keen sense of benevolence and ability to manage complex situations with discernment.- Analytical, synthesis, and implementation capabilities.- Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and pressure.- Taste for networking and strong team spirit.Conditions and Benefits:- A stimulating, dynamic, and multicultural work environment.- A team under construction, driven by values of agility, fluidity, and benevolence.- Working conditions favoring balance, skills development, and professional commitment. jid22c060aaen jit0518aen jpiy26aen
