Human Resources & Management Assistant 100%Company DescriptionOn behalf of one of our clients active in the Geneva medico-social sector in Geneva, we are looking for:A Human Resources & Management Assistant at 100%Temporary mission of 4 months (highly renewable)Job DescriptionHuman Resources- Ensure the management of personnel files throughout the entire life cycle of the employment relationship (contracts, amendments, and various documents).- Manage entry and exit formalities for employees.- Ensure the monitoring of absences, accidents, illnesses, and communication with insurance companies.- Update personnel data in the various HR systems.- Participate in the monitoring of certifications and deadlines.- Respond to employee requests and support them in their procedures.- Create and monitor various dashboards, statistics, and HR reports.- Participate in the continuous improvement of procedures and HR processes.Management & Governance- Ensure administrative support for the General Management and follow-up on current affairs.- Draft and format correspondence, reports, and various documents.- Prepare files and documents intended for governance bodies.- Organize and coordinate the annual calendar of meetings and appointments.- Draft minutes of Management and Board meetings.- Ensure the follow-up of decisions and actions implemented.- Participate in the management of cross-functional projects and the smooth operation of the establishments.- Collaborate closely with department heads and teams.Continuous Improvement- Participate in updating internal procedures and the quality system.- Contribute to the optimization of processes and perform controls inherent to the function.- Participate in various institutional projects as needed.Profile Sought- Commercial training, or Federal Diploma as an HR Specialist highly appreciated.- Confirmed experience in a personnel management, human resources, or management function.- Excellent writing skills in French.- Very good command of IT and office tools.- Ease in managing several files simultaneously and experience in a nursing home, a health institution, a foundation, or a parapublic structure constitutes a real asset.Personal Qualities- Irreproachable sense of rigor and reliability.- Autonomy and sense of responsibility.- Organizational capacity and ability to prioritize.- Sense of service and ease in working in a demanding human environment.- Sensitivity to the values of the medico-social sector. jid070c3ecaen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
