Job description:

As Global ISOImplementation Manager, you will take ownership of the global rollout and harmonization of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OH&S) across multiple international sites. This position is hands-on, focused on coordination, stakeholder alignment, and certification readiness - ensuring a consistent, global approach to workplace health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the global implementation of ISO across multiple locations.
  • Assess, harmonize, and integrate existing local HSE systems into a unified global framework.
  • Conduct gap analyses, internal audits, and certification readiness assessments.
  • Support and guide local HSE managers in executing action plans and audit preparations.
  • Develop and maintain global OH&S documentation, procedures, and training materials.
  • Facilitate workshops and communication initiatives to promote global adoption and awareness.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure sustainable implementation of safety standards.

Requirements:

Professional Background:

  • Certified ISOAuditor (ISO/ ISOis an advantage)
  • 5-8+ years of experience in HSE / OH&S / ISO system implementation
  • Proven experience leading ISO certification projects across multiple international sites
  • Ability to integrate different local systems into a standardized global framework
  • Strong skills in stakeholder alignment and change management
  • Hands-on approach with strong execution capability

  • Able to collaborate across cultures and organizational levels
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills

Language Requirements:

  • English: fluent (required)
  • German: beneficial, but not mandatory
