The Systems Division is responsible for leveraging the health network's data, both for supporting the quality of care and for the medico-economic management of the system's institutions. We are looking for a:HR System Specialist - HR Access (80%/100%)Your mission – our position- You participate in the implementation and deployment of the HR Access solution within new institutions.- You support our partners in the use of the tool, its configuration and its maintenance.- You analyze and manage requests for evolution of the system.- In connection with partner institutions, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you coordinate the deployment of new versions and ensure the evolution of the system.- Through your understanding of HR processes, you support the business lines of partner institutions and participate in improving their efficiency.- Finally, you contribute to an optimal use of the system by accompanying users, by proposing solutions adapted to their needs and by participating in training activities.Your skills – our requirements- You have at least 5 years of experience, preferably in projects related to HR processes and HRIS.- Preferably good knowledge of ‘HR Access’.
