Description

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Deployment & Change Consultant to lead the final phase of a Workday rollout in Switzerland. This interim role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth deployment, effective change management, and business continuity across HR and payroll.

This role focuses on project coordination, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and post-go-live support.

HRIS Deployment & Change Consultant (workday)

Description

  • Coordinate the local Workday implementation activities, in line with the global deployment timeline.

  • Lead change management initiatives, including communication, training, and alignment with key HR and payroll stakeholders.

  • Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cutover planning to ensure readiness for go-live.

  • Ensure a seamless transition with no disruption to payroll or HR services post-go-live.

  • Act as a liaison between local HR and external Workday implementation partners.

  • Oversee post-go-live support, including onboarding of end-users, issue resolution, documentation, and adoption follow-up.

  • Drive user engagement and long-term system adoption across impacted teams.

Profile

  • Strong experience in project coordination, ideally within HR or HRIS transformation projects.

  • Proven expertise in change management and stakeholder communication.

  • Proactive, structured, and solution-driven, with a hands-on mindset.

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional and matrix environments.

  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).

  • Experience working in international and multicultural contexts is a strong advantage.

Job Offer

Fixed term contract for 8 month - part time (50-70%)
