Our client is a top-tier production site in the Vevey region. As part of strengthening the Human Resources department, we are looking for a:HR SpecialistIn this position, you will report directly to the HR Director. Proficiency in French and English is required.Responsibilities- Ensure complete personnel management: management of insurance, monitoring of absences (sickness, accident, leave) and payroll interface- Be the point of contact for the time management system: configuration, data control and production of reports (absenteeism, provisions, HR analyses)- Produce, analyze and ensure the reliability of HR data with a strong focus on control (data consistency, reconciliations, key tracking)- Manage interactions with teams within the framework of specific projects and ensure reliable and structured reporting- Drive recruitment according to needs: definition of profiles, management of sourcing channels, conducting interviews and support throughout the employee life cycle: onboarding, development, mobility and offboarding- Be a local HR point of contact for employees and managers: support, advice, management of individual situations and monitoring of absences- Contribute to HR projects, procedures and internal complianceProfile- Higher education in Human Resources or equivalent, with 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus- Good command of analytical tools (Excel in particular) with a strong appetite for figures, control and data analysis- Good level of English (written and spoken), allowing effective interaction with international stakeholders- Ability to evolve in a hybrid role, combining HR, data analysis and contribution to cross-functional projects- Acute sense of confidentiality, ethics and responsibility- Excellent interpersonal skills with a posture that is both rigorous, structured and service-oriented- Team spirit and ability to manage complex or sensitive situations with discernment jid44d5c2faen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
