Specializing in a network of public transport services by rail and road, both urban and regional, we transport millions of passengers per year on 38 lines and 293 km. To complement our staff, we are looking for an HR Partner.Your main missions:As an HR Partner, you play a key role in the relationship between management, executives, and employees. You are responsible for the implementation of HR policy, managerial support, and providing quality assistance to all employees.Your responsibilities:- Be the HR contact person for the team assigned to you.- Support and advise managers in HR management and team leadership.- Assist teams in sensitive issues (behavioral gaps, conflicts, changes, etc.).- Lead recruitment from A to Z, from the request to the appointment, including job descriptions and ensuring equity in salaries.- Organize and coordinate the onboarding process and the development of skills, and propose appropriate training.- Ensure rigorous and respectful HR administration (follow-ups, departures, temporary staff, etc.).- Actively participate in HR projects.Qualifications:- Higher education (HES/university) in human resource management, or commercial employee with federal certificate of specialist.- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR processes (recruitment, management of difficult situations, skills development, occupational health).- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.- Ability to conduct interviews and facilitate change.- Solid knowledge of labor law.We offer:A dynamic work environment, linked with various professions and the opportunity to actively contribute to the HR development of a committed company.
