The BOAS Group is a recognised Swiss player in the fields of hospitality, catering and thermalism. Every year, more than one million visitors frequent our establishments, which are among the most dynamic leisure and tourism destinations in French-speaking Switzerland.

As part of a temporary reinforcement of our team, we are looking for a Payroll-Focused HR Manager for a fixed-term contract of 6 months with a workload of 50% to 70%.

This position is based in Lausanne with occasional travel to Geneva-Versoix.

Your tasks:

Reporting to the Human Resources team, you will mainly manage the payroll for two establishments and contribute to the smooth running of HR activities. In this capacity, you will notably be required to:

• Manage the employee lifecycle.
• Manage the monthly salary process: entry and verification of variables, calculation and closure of payroll.
• Declare and monitor sickness, accident and other absence cases, as well as daily allowances.
• Make annual declarations to social insurance.
• Participate in the preparation of HR dashboards (absenteeism, turnover, social indicators, etc.).
• Respond to employee and manager requests on common human resources matters.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in payroll management (required).
• Holder of the HR Manager Certificate or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of Mirus software and the hotel sector: a real asset.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Autonomous, rigorous, organised person with a good team spirit.
• Sense of confidentiality, proactivity and service orientation.
