* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on all HR-related matters
* Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
* Manage employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
* Partner with legal and compliance teams on sensitive or complex cases
* Support change management and workforce planning initiatives

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a matrixed or international environment
* **Legal education or background**, with a strong understanding of employment law
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage complexity and influence across all levels of the organization
* Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
