Les Remontées Mécaniques de Crans-Montana operate a large ski area as well as a network of 10 mountain restaurants. In this unique setting combining technical infrastructure and hospitality at altitude, we are looking for an Autonomous and service-oriented HR Manager to ensure the smooth running of HR administrative activities and support employees on a daily basis.
HR Manager at 60%, Permanent Contract
YOUR MISSION:
- Ensure the complete administrative management of the employee lifecycle (hiring, integration, transfers and departures).
- Participate in the recruitment process: posting job adverts, pre-selecting applications and organising interviews.
- Prepare and monitor employment contracts, amendments and other HR documents.
- Manage personnel files and ensure data is updated in the HR information system (SIRH Abacus).
- Collaborate in preparing variable salary elements and in payroll data control.
- Monitor absences, leave, accidents and medical certificates.
- Respond to requests from employees and managers regarding HR procedures and legislation.
- Participate in organising training, monitoring skills and employee development.
- Develop and update HR dashboards (absenteeism, turnover, recruitment, etc.).
- Contribute to HR projects related to digitalisation, process improvement and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations, collective agreements and internal procedures.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Holder of the Personnel Management Assistant certificate, a plus
- Native French speaker, other languages a plus
- Good command of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Meticulous, autonomous and flexible
- Good stress management, proactive attitude and strong interest in teamwork
