For our Motion, Power, Sensing Division site based in Fribourg, we are currently looking for a 

HR Generalist

The Position

As HR generalist you will support the HR Team in all administrative activities, coordinate the graduates assignments, and work on various HR projects.

The main responsibilities for this role are as follows:

  • Carry out and coordinate HR administrative activities

  • New employee administrative coordination

  • Prepare employment agreement and HR correspondence

  • Support on recruitment process (announcement redaction, interviews organization, candidates pre-selection)

  • Manage and coordinate the graduate assignments

  • Organize and coordinate trainings and the administrative follow up

  • Establish the HR KPIs

  • Monitor and establish the work certificates

  • Manage the payment of HR invoices

  • Management of the HR apprentice

  • Participate actively in various HR projects (onboarding, digitalization and simplification of HR processes, time & attendance, …).

Your Profile

  • CFC with HR certificate and at least 5 years’ experience in a similar function or Bachelor in Business Administration completed with the HR certificate and 3 years of experience

  • General knowledge of labor law and previous experience in an international and dynamic environment

  • At ease to communicate both in French and in English with good written skills

  • Able to build relationships, with excellent communication and listen skills

  • Service oriented, flexible, proactive and well organized
