Our client is a financial company.
## Job Description ##
* Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries from staff and managers.
* Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract administration, changes, and offboarding.
* Liaise with the external Swiss payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal HR policies.
* Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
* Support recruitment processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Proven experience as an HR Generalist in Switzerland.
* Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and payroll processes.
* Experience working with third-party payroll providers in Switzerland.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* **Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.**
