Do you have an excellent sense of priorities and know how to manage them? As part of a replacement, DEMARCHE is looking for an HR Generalist - Fixed-Term Contract at 80% for 3 ½ months at its headquarters based in Lausanne.Your missions:You will support the managers you are the HR reference for in managing the HR for their respective teams. You will be responsible for implementing the various HR processes, conducting recruitments, and ensuring HR management as well as their follow-up. - Manage the entire recruitment process for the services/structures where you are the HR reference.- Manage the different stages of the employee life cycle: onboarding, end-of-probation interviews, follow-up meetings, annual reviews, exit interviews, drafting employment contracts, etc.- Provide advice to managers to guide them in managing their teams.- Respond to questions and requests from employees and regularly monitor absences.- Provide monthly payroll reports and verify that requested changes are made.We offer you:- A dynamic and constantly evolving environment.- A high degree of work autonomy.- Working hours from June 8 to September 20.Did you recognize yourself in this announcement?
