## Job Description ##
**HR Administration**
* Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
* Prepare HR-related documentation (contracts, amendments, letters)
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
**Employee Relations & Support**
* Act as a first point of contact for employee queries
* Support HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, training sessions, and internal communications
* Assist in organizing employee events and wellness activities
**Reporting & Compliance**
* Generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absence)
* Support audits and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
* Monitor and track mandatory trainings and certifications
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in an HR support role, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced industry
* Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors)
* Knowledge of Swiss labor law is a plus
