The HR Coordinator provides day?to?day support to the HR team and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and HR processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a bilingual (English/French) environment.

HR Coordinator for 6 months

Our client is an international organisation.

Missions

HR Administration

  • Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure information is updated and aligned across systems.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Assist with job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and support the integration of new employees.
  • Coordinate temporary staff and external consultants when needed.

Employee Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR questions (leave, benefits, documentation).
  • Coordinate training sessions, HR meetings, and internal communications.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

HR Processes & Reporting

  • Prepare standard HR reports and dashboards (absences, headcount, contract status).
  • Track probation periods, contract renewals, and key deadlines.
  • Support process improvement initiatives within HR.

Profil du candidat

Experience & Education

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience in an international, multicultural or nonprofit environment is a strong asset.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with a service?oriented mindset.
  • High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast?paced environment.

Languages

  • English: fluent
  • French: fluent
    (Any additional language is an advantage.)

Technical Skills

  • Solid command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word).
  • Experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.
