Present in all regions of the country, it advises and supports people with disabilities and their families, offering a wide range of services tailored to their needs. Pro Infirmis employs approximately and operates at over 50 sites, placing the well-being and development of its teams at the heart of its mission. As part of the expansion of its HR team, we have been tasked to assist Pro Infirmis in searching for its next HR BUSINESS PARTNER – Western Region (%)At the core of human resources development in French-speaking Switzerland Your responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of the HR and IT department, you will take charge of all HR activities in the Western region, which includes approximately 400 employees in the cantons of Fribourg, Jura, Neuchâtel, Vaud, and Geneva. You will ensure the consistent implementation of HR processes, regulations, and policies. You will support managers in their missions, personally intervening in sensitive or complex cases within the context of a new structure. You will supervise and coordinate a small team of HR generalists and play a central role in the development of skills, engagement, and commitment of personnel. Proactive, you will participate in structuring projects such as HR processes, salary revision, and contribute to making Pro Infirmis a modern employer. Your transversal role will require close collaboration with teams at headquarters to ensure consistency between regional activities.Profile: Open, agile, and equipped with strong emotional intelligence, you are able to navigate easily in a dynamic environment and adapt to the diversity of professions and interlocutors. You demonstrate autonomy and a keen sense of purpose and are capable of rallying around common goals. You combine vision and a sense of detail and master the current challenges of human resources — recruitment, advising and coaching managers, skill development, dedication, and employee engagement. Motivated by the development of the HR function, you wish to actively contribute to the growth of Pro Infirmis in French-speaking Switzerland. Holder of a higher degree with a specialization in HR or equivalent, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and ideally possess some managerial experience. You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of German; knowledge of Italian and English is an asset.
