About the role
To support the dynamic development of its activities in French-speaking Switzerland and strengthen the current HR team, our client is looking for an HR Business Partner.
Reporting directly to the Swiss HR Management, you will act as a trusted partner to a portfolio of 4 to 10 department heads. In a stimulating and people-oriented environment, you play a central role in translating the company’s challenges into concrete HR measures. Tasks
The role consists of acting as a strategic advisor to department heads to optimise human capital management and support organisational transformations.
- Strategically support 4 to 10 managers on people and organisational issues
- Define and monitor key HR performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage recruitment and talent management processes
- Implement transformation projects and support change
- Ensure workforce planning and succession management
- Strengthen leadership skills through coaching and workshops
- Guarantee fairness, psychological safety and compliance with legal frameworks
We are looking for
- Fluent command of French and English for internal processes
- Strong skills in strategic HR support and talent management
- Proven ability to manage recruitment and workforce planning
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fluid environment
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
