As a central service provider, the Human Resources team for French-speaking Switzerland is responsible for personnel-related tasks for various subsidiaries and service units with over 2,000 employees in the region. For a maternity leave replacement in our HR team in Puidoux, we are looking from August 2026 for a period of 6 months for an open and dynamic person for the position of HR Business Partner at 80%.

Exciting tasks

  • Advising and supporting managers and employees in their respective areas of expertise
  • Responsibility for the entire recruitment process (writing job adverts, receiving applications, pre-selection, recruitment interviews and telephone interviews)
  • Responsibility for the entire personnel administration process, from entry to exit (preparing contracts and work certificates, work permit applications, preparing terminations and termination confirmations)
  • Implementing disciplinary measures and supporting interviews
  • Executing HR strategies and acting as an active sparring partner for managers
  • Perfect application of HR policies and procedures, while being proactive in suggesting improvements
  • Point of contact for internal clients for any questions related to Human Resources.

Profile sought

  • To successfully accomplish these varied tasks, you have completed specialised training in Human Resources and have several years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • You are a native French speaker and good knowledge of German is an asset
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, and are familiar with Talentsoft, Swiss+, SAP HCM
  • You are willing to travel for work (holder of a category B driving licence and have a vehicle available)
  • We wish to meet an engaging, autonomous and resilient personality with strong social skills and a respectful and appreciative attitude in business contexts.
