- Issuing employment contracts
- Maintaining personnel files, registration and deregistration with social insurances
- Checking personnel processes against legal framework conditions
- Drafting and placing job advertisements
- Application management
- Maintaining, checking and correcting time accounts
- Sickness and accident notifications
- Preparing payroll calculations
- Various statistics and evaluations
- Reception cover
Our Requirements
- Professional experience in a comparable position is essential
- Further training as a personnel assistant is desirable
- Your working method is clean and conscientious
- You are discreet and know how to handle sensitive data
- Strong customer-oriented thinking and acting
- High social competence
