Specialising in interior design, Maison Wider combines rigour, perfectionism and a passion for the profession. You will play a key role in human resources management, actively contributing to the administrative management of our employees and the smooth running of our processes.
Responsibilities
- Administrative management of the employee lifecycle (contracts, personnel files, work certificates, attestations, etc.)
- Monitoring of residence permits
- Time checks including monitoring absences and leave
- Monitoring absences due to illness and accidents
- Participation in payroll management
- Preparation and monitoring of worksite authorisations for employees
- Monitoring subcontractor accreditations
- Contribution to HR projects aimed at optimising internal processes
Profile
- Holder of an HR manager certificate
- Proficient in Windows office tools
- Organised, rigorous, and with excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation
- Ability to manage simultaneous priorities and a sense of anticipation
- Autonomous personality combined with a team spirit
