## Job Description ##

**Human Resources Support**

* Handle HR administrative tasks and ensure compliance with local labor laws
* Manage employee records, contracts, leave tracking, and job changes
* Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and liaise with the payroll provider
* Support recruitment processes and onboarding/offboarding activities
* Respond to employee queries and contribute to a positive workplace culture



**Office Administration**

* Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Geneva office
* Manage office supplies, meeting room setups, and general upkeep
* Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
* Assist with local event planning, fire safety, and notary services
* Provide administrative support to the Country HR Manager and local leadership

## The Successful Applicant ##

* HRSE Certificate or equivalent qualification
* 2-3 years of HR experience in an international or multicultural setting
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit
* Fluent in **French and English** (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
