For a globally operating company manufacturing technical products, we are seeking reinforcement in HR at the Krien location

Your Tasks

  • Processing of salaries including social insurances, withholding tax and annual financial statements
  • Various activities in personnel administration (entry, exit, employment contracts, references, personnel files, etc.)
  • Advising and supporting managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
  • Responsible for the time recording system
  • Participation in recruitment
  • Correspondence with internal and external offices
  • Participation in various HR projects

Our Requirements

  • Further training in payroll/HR area desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in the assigned area of responsibility
  • Sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law
  • Abacus knowledge an advantage
  • Reliable and trustworthy working style
  • Enjoyment of teamwork
