Description
For a globally operating company manufacturing technical products, we are seeking reinforcement in HR at the Krien location
Your Tasks
- Processing of salaries including social insurances, withholding tax and annual financial statements
- Various activities in personnel administration (entry, exit, employment contracts, references, personnel files, etc.)
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
- Responsible for the time recording system
- Participation in recruitment
- Correspondence with internal and external offices
- Participation in various HR projects
Our Requirements
- Further training in payroll/HR area desirable
- Several years of professional experience in the assigned area of responsibility
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law
- Abacus knowledge an advantage
- Reliable and trustworthy working style
- Enjoyment of teamwork
