Then this opportunity is for you!HR & Accounting Generalist - Permanent Contract at 100%About the roleOur client, a company active in the maritime trading sector, is looking for an HR & Accounting Generalist to join its team in Geneva. Within a human-sized structure, you will occupy a central and versatile role. You will ensure human resources management, provide support to the accounting department, and assist management with various tasks and projects. This position offers great autonomy and requires an excellent sense of confidentiality.TasksThe role combines human resources management, technical accounting support, and high-level executive support for the management.- Manage the entire employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and departures).- Ensure HR follow-up (social insurance, work permits, withholding tax, etc.).- Prepare the necessary elements for payroll management in collaboration with external partners.- Support the chief accountant in daily accounting activities, annual closings, and audits.- Provide support to the General Management (correspondence, follow-up of confidential files).- Participate in the organization and follow-up of Board of Directors meetings.- Create reports and dashboards on Excel.- Participate in internal projects and process improvements.We are looking for- A higher education degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent experience.- Confirmed experience in a generalist HR function.- Good knowledge of accounting.- An excellent level of French and English (C1 minimum).- Excellent mastery of Excel and office tools.- An autonomous, discreet person capable of managing confidential information with excellent communication skills.To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows:- Organized- Reliable and responsible- Discreet and trustworthy- Autonomous- Versatile- Rigorous- Service-oriented- Comfortable in a dynamic environmentRecruitment processThis recruitment process is managed by the recruitment agency and our client wishes that all questions regarding the position be addressed to them.
