Saphir, multi-mission and multi-site (adult psychiatric and medico-social), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and mental integrity during their life process. To complete our housekeeping team, we are looking for our establishment in Orbe, which welcomes 84 people and is specialized in the fields of disability and aging, for the following profile:Housekeeping Manager (all genders) in fixed-term contract until February 28 at 80%Whatever their function, Saphir professionals have a common desire: to accompany people on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional philosophy of like at home. That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the residents.With the lead housekeeping manager, you guarantee the quality of service operations as well as a warm, clean, and safe environment for our residents. You perform table service and collaborate in the management of the establishment's various stocks. You will participate in the support projects for residents in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
