Housekeeping & Logistics StewardLocated on the heights of Gryon, Alpe des Chaux is a mountain estate on a human scale offering a privileged work environment in the heart of the Vaud Alps. As part of the development and continued management of the estate and our services, we are looking for a versatile, organized, and committed person to strengthen our team. This position combines housekeeping, laundry, and logistics tasks related to the management and monitoring of apartments, while participating in the general smooth operation of the estate's infrastructure and services.Activity rate: Annualized position representing an average rate of approx. 50%Reduced activity from April to September (approx. 20%)Sustained activity from October to March (approx. 80%), corresponding to the high tourist seasonYour main missions- Cleaning and preparation of apartments between stays- Quality control of accommodation before guest arrival- Management and restocking of products and consumables- Monitoring of stocks and laundry coordination with external partners during periods of high activity- Monitoring of the occupancy schedule and logistical needs of the apartments (linen, equipment, consumables)- Cleaning and maintenance of company offices and related spaces- Responding to certain requests from estate ownersProfile sought- Reliable, dynamic, and autonomous person- Sense of organization and detail- Ability to manage several tasks in parallel- Comfortable with work that is both manual and logistical- Good physical condition- Team spirit and sense of service- Sense of responsibility and qualityWe offer- A varied position within a small, dynamic team- A pleasant work environment in the mountains- An activity combining field work, organization, and management- A structure in evolution with a constant desire to improve the quality of service jid9da7bf5aen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
