We are looking for several:Hotel Receptionists at 100%Missions:- Ensure the arrival and departure of our clientele- Ensure the processing of reservations and upselling- Manage telephone calls, mail, and messages- Ensure payments- Perform night audits during the closing hours of the department- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction during the stay- Promote hotel services and build customer loyaltyProfile:- Hotel industry training- Recent experience (minimum 1 year) as a Hotel Receptionist (3, 4, or 5 stars)- Excellent command of French and English - 3rd language is an asset- Knowledge of Opera software- Team spirit- Flexible and available- Confirmed sense of service and customer relations- Excellent presentationWe offer you a stimulating position and the possibility to actively contribute to the success of the establishment.
